Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the ojol7 platform is restricted. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ojol7 strictly prohibits access by any individual under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any time, including prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any other party.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and accept full personal legal responsibility for your use of ojol7 in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a restricted person. ojol7 reserves the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions or individuals. Members must not use VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic access controls.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from ojol7 or any associated platform.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or director of ojol7 or its affiliated entities.

Account Registration

To access the full range of Services on ojol7, Members are required to complete the registration process accurately and in good faith. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ojol7 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, bank account, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be true, current, and complete. This includes full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. ojol7 is not liable for loss resulting from inaccurate registration information provided by the Member.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ojol7 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the login form on the Platform. Report any unauthorized account access to our support team immediately.
• KYC Verification: ojol7 may require identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), proof of address, and payment method confirmation. Failure to provide documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction.
• Account Accuracy Updates: Members must notify ojol7 promptly of any changes to their registered personal information by contacting the support team.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ojol7 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ojol7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. Current payment method availability is always displayed within the Member's account dashboard.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page within your ojol7 account and may vary by payment method.
• All funds deposited to ojol7 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• ojol7 processes deposits in real time for most payment methods. Processing delays due to bank or e-wallet provider systems are outside ojol7's control.
• ojol7 does not charge deposit fees. Some payment providers may apply their own transfer fees — these are the Member's responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• A completed KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours (WIB) following approval, depending on the payment method selected.
• ojol7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests of significant value.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the associated account has unresolved bonus wagering requirements. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must be converted to Real Funds through gameplay.

Bonuses & Promotions

ojol7 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") that must be met in full before the bonus amount or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms and is also available on the ojol7 promotions page.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer may be claimed only once per Member, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers on pre-match and live markets, slot games, and certain live casino games may carry different contribution percentages. The contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Validity Period: All Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire after the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account without compensation.
• Abuse Prevention: ojol7 operates active promotional abuse detection. Suspected abuse — including but not limited to bonus farming, multi-accounting, coordinated wagering with minimal risk, and exploitation of system errors — will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential fund confiscation following an investigation.
• Modification or Cancellation: ojol7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members with active bonus balances at the time of cancellation will be notified of the applicable transition arrangement.

Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the ojol7 platform, across all product verticals including sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot gacor (high-RTP slot games), crash games, and all other available markets:

• Minimum and Maximum Stake Limits: Each game and betting market on ojol7 carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed at the point of wagering. ojol7 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Member account without prior explanation.
• Accepted Wagers Are Final: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the ojol7 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member, except where a Cash Out option is explicitly offered and exercised within the applicable time window.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or erroneous odds display, ojol7 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to Members. Winnings derived from system errors will not be honored.
• Void Bets: Certain sporting events may be postponed, abandoned, or cancelled after a wager has been placed. The treatment of void bets in such circumstances is governed by the specific sports betting rules available within the platform. In general, void bets are returned as stake to the Member's account.
• Odds Accuracy: While ojol7 makes every effort to display accurate odds at all times, markets may be suspended or odds adjusted in response to breaking news, team announcements, or market movements. ojol7 reserves the right to correct clearly erroneous odds prior to or after settlement.
• Togel Draw Integrity: All togel draw results on ojol7 are sourced from official, publicly verifiable draw data. Any dispute regarding draw results must be submitted to our support team within 24 hours of the draw time.

Responsible Gaming

ojol7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable Members. The following provisions apply to all Members regardless of account tier or activity level:

• Age Verification: ojol7 will not knowingly allow any person under the age of 21 to hold an account or place wagers. We employ automated and manual age verification processes and cooperate fully with any regulatory inquiry on this matter.
• Self-Exclusion: Any Member may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the ojol7 platform at any time by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be suspended and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals will be permitted except for the return of available real-money balance.
• Deposit and Loss Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Reality Checks: ojol7 provides session-duration reminder tools that notify Members when a chosen play-time threshold has been reached. Members are encouraged to use these tools to maintain awareness of their gambling activity.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ojol7 platform. Violation of any of the provisions below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud ojol7 or other Members, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or false identity representation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-style games or matched betting in bonus-restricted markets.
• Money Laundering: Using the ojol7 platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin or ownership. ojol7 has an active AML monitoring program and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Use of Automated Tools: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place wagers, access accounts, or exploit platform functionality without express written approval from ojol7.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting known software errors, pricing glitches, or system vulnerabilities to generate unearned winnings. Winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• VPN or Proxy Circumvention: Using VPNs, proxy servers, Tor relays, or similar tools to mask your true location in order to access ojol7 from a jurisdiction where your access has been restricted.
• Abusive Behavior: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward ojol7 support staff or other Members through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ojol7 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ojol7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ojol7 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or redistributing any portion of the platform's content without prior written consent from ojol7.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any ojol7 software or game engine.
• Creating derivative works based on ojol7 content for commercial purposes.
• Using the ojol7 brand, name, or logo in any external publication, advertisement, or communication without express written approval.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ojol7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the ojol7 platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where the Member has failed to maintain adequate password security.
• Interruptions to the platform's availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond ojol7's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government-imposed network restrictions).
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports data, odds, or draw results sourced from third-party data providers.
• Any tax liability incurred by the Member in connection with winnings or transactions on the ojol7 platform. Members are solely responsible for determining and meeting their own tax obligations.

ojol7's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

ojol7 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on ojol7, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include: collection of registration and KYC data for identity verification; transaction data for financial processing and AML compliance; device and IP data for security and fraud prevention; and optional marketing preference data for promotional communications. ojol7 does not sell Member personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the associated account:

• By the Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
• By ojol7: ojol7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account with immediate effect in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe; or at our sole discretion where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other Members.

Upon termination by ojol7 for cause, any remaining funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following the investigation, verified real-money balances will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ojol7 holds its international gaming license.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international arbitration body designated by ojol7. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect legitimate rights pending the outcome of arbitration.

Amendments

ojol7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ojol7 will notify active Members via the email address registered to their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ojol7 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision to these Terms was made. We encourage Members to review this page periodically.
